Monitoring and the protection of personal data. We fulfil our information obligation under Art. 13 GDPR. The Resort's privacy policy is kept up to date and continually improved for the safety of our Guests and to ensure they are properly informed about how their personal data is processed.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to conclude and perform the agreement.
Data may be shared with parties that work with the Resort on payment processing, accounting, booking systems and marketing, as well as with public authorities entitled to it under the law.
Personal data is retained for the term of the agreement and for the period required by law, in particular tax, accounting and claims-related legislation.

The Resort grounds may be covered by CCTV and by audio monitoring at Reception in order to ensure the safety of Guests, staff and property.
Monitoring recordings are kept for around 7 days, unless they constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under the law.
