Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to:

• handle the booking and stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• process payments,
• handle complaints,
• issue accounting documents (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• contact the Guest.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to conclude and perform the agreement.

Data may be shared with parties that work with the Resort on payment processing, accounting, booking systems and marketing, as well as with public authorities entitled to it under the law.

Personal data is retained for the term of the agreement and for the period required by law, in particular tax, accounting and claims-related legislation.

The Guest has the right to:

• access their data,
• rectify their data,
• have their data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent to marketing activities,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Polish Data Protection Authority).

The Resort grounds may be covered by CCTV and by audio monitoring at Reception in order to ensure the safety of Guests, staff and property.

Monitoring recordings are kept for around 7 days, unless they constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under the law.
