1. General provisions
- These Rules set out the rights and obligations of Guests and the terms of use of the Resort's facilities.
- These Rules form an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Guest and the Resort.
- Entry to the Resort is subject to a charge in line with the current price list.
- Being present on the Resort grounds and using its facilities, fittings and equipment without a valid booking, a paid stay or an entry ticket is prohibited.
- Guests who are not registered may remain on the Resort grounds only until 10:00 p.m.
- Only registered guests may stay on the Resort grounds around the clock.
- Minors may remain on the Resort grounds only under the supervision of an adult.
2. Booking and conclusion of the agreement
- A stay is booked by:
- making a booking verbally, in writing or online,
- confirmation of the booking by a member of Resort staff,
- payment of a deposit.
- Payment of a deposit of at least 30% of the value of the stay constitutes conclusion of the agreement and acceptance of these Rules.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance due for the stay is payable no later than on the day of arrival.
- Failure to use part of the stay or any services does not entitle the Guest to claim a refund.
- A Guest may transfer the booking to another person after first notifying the Resort.
3. The hotel day
- The hotel day begins at 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. These times may be adjusted flexibly by prior arrangement.
- Extending a stay beyond 1:00 a.m. requires the prior consent of Reception.
- Extending a stay without authorisation may incur an additional charge in line with the price list.
4. Terms of stay and use of the Resort
- Guests are required to comply with the rules on order, hygiene, fire safety and health and safety.
- Guests bear full financial liability for any damage caused by them, their children, their visitors or their animals.
- Any damage, breakdowns or faults must be reported to Reception without delay.
- Guests are required to exercise due care when using the Resort's equipment.
- The Resort accepts no liability for valuables left in cabins, vehicles or anywhere on the Resort grounds.
- The car park on the Resort grounds is unguarded.
- The Resort accepts no liability for damage to or loss of vehicles or items left inside them.
5. Quiet hours and rules of community life
High season:
- from Sunday to Thursday quiet hours apply between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.,
- on Fridays and Saturdays quiet hours apply between midnight and 9:00 a.m.
During the low and mid seasons the Resort may waive quiet hours for organised groups.
The following are prohibited:
- disturbing the peace and rest of other Guests,
- playing loud music,
- using foul language,
- aggressive or indecent behaviour,
- consuming alcohol in a way that disturbs order or safety,
- littering the Resort grounds.
Anyone disturbing the peace may be required to leave the Resort grounds with no refund of the cost of their stay.
6. No smoking and fire safety
- In cabins, rooms and other enclosed spaces there is a total ban on smoking tobacco or e-cigarettes and on the use of naked flames.
- The use of disposable barbecues is prohibited.
- Campfires may be lit only in designated places and with the consent of Reception.
- The use of personal electrical appliances (heating appliances) that are not part of the Resort's equipment is prohibited.
- For breaches of the fire-safety rules the Resort may impose a penalty and charge the Guest for the cost of remedying the breach.
7. Pets
- Bringing pets requires prior notice and payment of a charge in line with the price list.
- Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations.
- Dogs should be kept on a lead and muzzled.
- Owners are required to clean up after their pets.
- Pets must not disturb other Guests.
- Pets are not permitted in playgrounds, swimming areas or food outlets.
- Pets must not be allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs.
- The owner bears full liability for any damage caused by the animal and for its behaviour.
8. Swimming spot
Use of the beach, the pier and access to the lake is entirely at the Guests' own risk. The area is not a supervised bathing site and the Resort does not provide a lifeguard. The Resort accepts no liability for any incidents, accidents or injuries arising from use of the water. Guests are required to take particular care.
9. Refusal of admission and removal from the Resort
The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission to any Guest who:
- is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- behaves aggressively,
- breaches these Rules,
- caused damage or disturbed the peace during a previous stay.
The Resort reserves the right to remove from the grounds anyone who fails to observe these Rules, with no refund of the cost of their stay.
10. Monitoring and protection of personal data
- Customers' personal data is processed in line with applicable law, in particular the GDPR. Detailed information on how personal data is processed can be found in our Privacy Policy.
- The Resort grounds may be covered by CCTV, and audio may be recorded at Reception, in order to ensure the safety of Guests, staff and property.
11. Consent to the use of your image
- Entering the Resort grounds constitutes consent to the free recording and publication of Guests' images in photographs and videos taken during their stay, solely for the Resort's promotional purposes.
- Anyone who does not consent to the publication of their image should inform Reception before their stay begins.
12. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these Rules are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable law.
- These Rules take effect on the date of their publication.
